Product Description
Product Description
A candidate tumor suppressor gene, FHIT, was indicated at chromosome 3p14.2 spanning the FRA3B common fragile site. Abnormalities in structure and expression of the FHIT gene have been detected in a considerable fraction of lung tumors of small and non-small cell types. There are several reports on the correlations between abnormalities of the FHIT gene and clinicopathological features in lung cancer.
