High Sensitive GLP-1, active form assay kit is now on sale. This kit can specificaly measure GLP-1, active form of human, mouse and rat. Since GLP-1, active form in a blood sample is very low concentration in fasting, development of high sensitive kit for measuring GLP-1, active form has been urgued by many researchers.

The sensitivity of # 27700 GLP-1,Active form (High sensitivity) Assay Kit-IBL is approx. 5 times higher than #27784 GLP-1, active form Assay Kit - IBL. The new kit can measure low concentration of GLP-1, active form in fasting.

The sensitivity is 0.09 pmol/L.

The mearsurement range is 0.25-16 pmol/L.

It has been also desired to be released a new kit that can measure GLP-1, active form using a tiny amount of sample for mouse and rat as it is quite difficult to collect their blood samples.

As this ELISA kit can measure GLP-1, active form using a tiny amount of sample (20μL), we are confident to recommend this kit for researchers who needs to measure GLP-1, active form using mouse or rat samples.
